privately owned stores as the Eye Shop and Gruing Optical, allows him to combine
the trust of a widely known place and the comfort of the neighborhood "mom-and-pop"
store. Marat's excellent interpersonal skills allowed him to go quickly from sales
person to a manager and he brought this talent to My Optician. He transferred his
knowledge to his workers that now serve dozens of satisfied customers each day.
His management skills allow the store not only to prosper but also provide service
